REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Straife01 produces and packs each order. We are confident in our products and their quality, if for some reason you feel the quality of the product isn’t as represented on our website, has been incorrectly supplied, please follow the below:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery via out contact us page.
Store credits will be offered at the discretion of Straife01, it is expected that items will be in the same condition as sent unused with no damage to the product, contents or labels and it has not been stored in unsuitable conditions such as damp area or freezer. If items are returned damaged no credit will be issued. Credits are not provided on the basis change of mind, costs associated with return of goods will be at the cost of the customer returning.
Refunds are issued for incorrect supply or on discretion, where possible replacement order will be provided if an incorrect order was sent however Straife01 reserve the right to give refunds where applicable.
Refunds will be processed via same method of initial payment.
Gifts cannot be exchanged and must adhere to the same criteria as the return processes and made
by the original purchaser in line with privacy laws.
REFUND POLICY:
Please notify Straife01 within 3 days of receiving your order via the contact us page of any issues warranting a refund. Item/s are to be returned within 7 business days. Once the refund is approved it will be processed as soon as possible via the same payment method originally processed this may take up to 10 business days depending on method of payment and institution.
RETURN SHIPPING:
Straife01 takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of an item being returned. The return is the responsibility of the purchaser, any and all items being returned require tracking and appropriate protective packaging clearly labelled FRAGILE.
