Shipping policy

We do not ship to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

Estimated processing times vary:

• Orders within Australia estimated processing time from 5-7 business days. 
• International Orders estimated processing time from 8-11 business days.

During sale periods processing times may take up to 15 business days.

We do not take any responsibility for transit delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarise themselves with processing times and transit lead times, by placing an order you are accepting processing and transit times.

Once an order has been shipped customers must contact the shipping agent to track and trace their parcel, if a claim is unresolved with the shipping agent please contact us.

To be kinder to the environment invoices are not included inside of your package. If you require a copy of your invoice, please request it in the notes section and one will be sent to you via email.
